End Of The Line in Westbrook?

I noticed that some rail within the Seavey Street crossing in Westbrook had been removed to my surprise. This is unfortunate to see as I had seen a train come through here last September from the mill which was little to my knowledge at the time one of the last moves to traverse this. Last November, Sappi shut down its paper machine which Pan Am brought slurry cars down for every couple of weeks or so. Dead River would be the last customer on the line.
