Rare chance to see this area to be empty. Rail Yard in Waterville, Me. CSX Equipment has been seen in this area since last Year and I was told last fall if the Downeaster Plans to come to Bangor then the train would use Track 1 the rail all the way near the left. Same as the Rail Yard in South Portland so the Downeaster can travel through the busy rail yard and no interfere with daily Freight Train Activities
