Shortly after AMTK headed west down the passing siding at Rockingham Jct,, MEC 7523, MEC 7561, and MEC 7534 (C40-8's), all in PanAm blue paint, appeared running just a few minutes behind the schedule of AMTK train 693, which would not appear for nearly an hour. I am assuming the sizeable train behind the 3 units was AYPO, which I had missed at Ayer despite departing home so early I forgot to grab my scanner, so I could not confirm which train the 7523 was pulling. This train had the empty water flats on the rear, which makes Ayer a likely point of origin
