NHN loaded sand car #539 was set off on the siding at the Stateline(Haverhill MA/Atkinson NH) by DOBO last night since it got a hot box defect on the detector in Exeter.. It needs a new wheel since it was causing grease to leak out. It won't be going anywhere till it gets fixed.
