This switcher sits at the West Springfield Generating Station, aka Northeast Utilities in West Springfield MA. I believe it's a 60 ton GE unit, but I have no info. Usually it's stored away in the building but has been sitting outside lately. It is used from time to time to move heavy equipment around the plant.
