Visitor Comments about this Photo:"Headlight" consist swaps should certainly speed up ops as well as keep freight cars from derailing on the decrepit yard track! How did this particular swap work? Did the P&W power cut away here to allow the waiting BERX power to couple on? Where was the EDPW consist that P&W would grab - at Parkers? Posted by John Barlow on 2024-07-12 08:04:30 EDPW left their train at Parkers, then grabbed PW’s train, while PW went to Parker’s to grab EDPW’s. train then pulled onto the no.2 main, backed down to the to the single track and waited for PW to come back up the no.2 and head back to Worcester, then EDPW went back E. Deerfield. Posted by Alan LaPierre on 2024-07-12 08:39:18 Since B&E and P&W are in the same G&W "family" can this be a sign of more integrated operations?
