Cape Cod Central scenic train ran a rare fall run on the Falmouth Secondary line today. The trip was chartered for a field trip of 134 Falmouth High students / teachers for educational purposes to explain the operation of the RR and the Canal Vertical lift bridge. FL9 #2026 was in lead with 3 passenger cars and FL9 2011 taking up the rear. The trip started in North Falmouth crossed the Canal bridge halfway then switched over to the Cape main afterwards to travel along the canal to the power plant crossing. Route was reversed with a stop in B-bay for an explanation of the RR bridge operation then returned to North Falmouth.
