Cape Cod Central Railroad's Polar Express nine-car train has to be split at Buzzards Bay Station to clear the Academy Drive grade crossing. Today's 2:00 P.M. train will take 800+ passengers on a 1-1/2 hour trip to the North Pole. Two trains later on the day will also carry 800+ passengers.
