Old Boiler of HT&W No.1?

Is this possible a part of HT&W engine N0.1? A few years back I came across a old postcard from the 1930s or 40's with a picture of a old locomotive boiler mounted on a platform sitting in the middle of water. It said that it was the old boiler from HT&W engine No.1 which was repurposed and used as a "mobile power source" mounted on a platform and trucks. It said at some point it got stranded in a flood in the Sherman Reservoir and it has been there since. I saw this old section of boiler on the edge of the reservoir when it was low and made me wonder could this possibly be it? If you look closely there is also a cable attached to the front of the boiler which was also in the picture on the old postcard
