A Weed Wacker for the WACR Please..

This BAR Coach was sitting in the St. Jay Rail Yard amongst the weeds in 9/09, If anyone can make this rail line prosper again, VRS can.. This once Canadian Pacific yard used to see a lot more activity when both the St. Jay and Lake Champlain took cars west and Maine Central's Mountain Division took cars east, let alone traffic to Wells River and White River Junction. . The ST J and LC is abandoned and the tracks are torn up, The tracks are still there on the Mountain Division, yet a train hasn't rolled eastward since about 1999.
