Turners Falls Branch (Rail Trail)

A view from the rail trail along the former B&M branch to Turners Falls, Mass. The line was originally built by the New Haven & Northampton RR; It was sold to the B&M in 1947. This view shows the bridge across the Connecticut River between East Deerfield and Montague, Mass. The branch was abandoned in 1985.
