Getting ready to head south from Concord..

It is hard to imagine Concord as a bustling place of railroad activity, but it was. At one time, there were no less than three routes to connect to the Connecticut River.. The Northern, Concord & Montreal, and Claremont and Concord. All are abandoned. Here is the MEC 507 is getting ready to return southward with some empty centerbeam and Ciment Quebec cars.
