This train is indeed symbol WOGR / GRWO . I dont know what you think you know but maybe you should worry if the labels on all the cans are facing out instead of thinking you know railroading. Stop acting like a fool, it reflects on everyone.

For dispatching purposes, lead unit initials and number plus direction are usually sufficient.
