With North Grafton and Upton well built out and a second Hopedale yard temporarily blocked new sidings are now being added to the Hopedale yard behind city hall. Still awaiting buildout of Milford Yards.

Are they able to buildout in Milford?

There is an unfinished and unusable cutout for a siding sitting there. It looks like the plans are to split it just west of South Cedar Street.

I do not not the terms of the agreement concerning the Central Street yard.
