Old New York Central terminal in BuffaloBuilt in 1929 and obsolete after five years, the NYCRR's Buffalo terminal complex rivals any in America in size and grandeur. Efforts to fix it up have largely failed although it has been cleaned up and stablized over the past five years. Problem is it's in depressed East Buffalo, 3-4 miles from downtown.
