Former East Branch & Lincoln Baldwin #5 sits idle between runs. This is the first public run of #5 since 1999, when it was returned to steam after many years of static display.

Purchased new in 1906 by the East Branch & Lincoln RR, it was the last on the original roster. It was purchased specifically for Louis Boyle, her engineer, by J.E. Henry himself. Legend has it that Louis went down to Baldwin and ran her home together with qualified engineers over the Class 1 roads to her eventual home. The last surviving example of the preferred locomotive wheel arrangement for New Hampshire logging locomotives.
