Quebec Cement in Concord, N.H. yard

About 25 Quebec Ciment covered hoppers were sitting in NE Southern yard this morning in Concord. Quebec Ciment plant is about 7-8 miles south in Bow. Couple of tankers and grain cars too (for Blue Seal). No action, but lots of potential. Is NEGS still active?
