By chance only, I caught 7 Amtrak Switchers in Springfield today. 827 brought in 533,538,532 and 537 from the West. 530 Extra brought in 530,534 and 535 from the South. The facts I have are sketchy. Seems at least two outlawed engines are going to Troy. One or more to New Haven. Others ???
