MoW Team 3 over-nighting on the NECR

At the end of the day on the old NYNH&H and CV interchange track, now a siding, leading 1/2 mile down the NYNH&H Midland division, for DeVivo Recycling plant, sits team 3.

This team consists of 2 tampers and 2 regulators/ballast brooms. Odd thing, IMHO, the 2 tampers use different tamping systems. The near tamper uses air tamping heads, where as the second one uses electric heads. I would think that they would have 2 that use the same system to minimize the repair parts inventory. After all both tie handlers in team 1 and the regulators in team 3 are the same make an model as the second one of each type.
