First Steel Over Grand Junction RR at MIT

MIT is construction a new building over the Grand Junction trqacks in Cambridge, MA. From the official web site:

"The design of the brain and cognitive sciences project is noteworthy
in several regards. While the facilities will occupy the entire site
between Albany and Vassar Streets, an existing railroad line bisects
the building site. In order to maintain future uses along the
railroad corridor, an at-grade tunnel measuring 50 feet in width and
22.5 feet in height will be preserved through the middle of the
building."

Photo taken facing east from behind MIT's Albany Street Garage.
