WW&F Ballasting The guy in the middle of the picture is holding the stadia so the guy on the transet could get an idea of how much more stone was needed to level the track at this point. It was clear from the grading that a lot of attention was being paid to a level straight track. Photographed by David Larrabee, July 27, 2002.
