Arriving at Cromwell (CT) Station for the first time in over 20 years. The track panel in the foreground would soon be set. The P&W RR has since rebuilt the entire Valley Line from Hartford to Middletown, CT., but has yet to resolve an interchange problem with CSX so that they can use the track. I'm on the front deck under the headlight.....yes, that IS the headlight and not the sun reflecting off my bald spot.
