Pictured is the Waumbek Tank, Elev. 3800' on the MWCR. Stopping here to refill the tender, the train continues to the top. Notice the new loop track the railroad is constructing, which according to brakeman Dale should add an additional 1/2 hour on the summit, because trains will not have to pause on the way down nearly as long as if they had to use the old switch...
