Heath Street station is the current terminus of the "E" line on the MBTA Green Line. The service used to continue down south from this location on South Huntington Ave to Jamaica Plain Center and finally to Arborway (which was the E train's terminus back then). Although, occasionally E trains would terminate here, especially during rush hours. Last time there was service South of Heath St was in December 1985.
