B+M GP-7R #470 and MEC C-424-M #452 out of service at Waterville

Here is a shot of B+M (ex-MEC) GP-7R #470 on the transfer table at Waterville shops, waiting for work. This unit returned to service in May of '94 and eventually ended up on the Quebec Central. Behind it, MEC #452 (C-424-m) waits for some work. This unit was later stored and then moved to East Deerfield in January '96, before going to the Livonia Avon and Lakeville in 1996 where it became BH #421.

Photographed by David Mann, January, 1994.
