Foreign power at the P&W's Valley Falls,RI
This unit was stored up in Worcester,Ma for months until the MBTA needed a back up engine for their work trains.P&W crew getting ready to bring over to Amtrak MOW yard at Providence,RI where a MBTA unit will come out of Boston,MA {BET] and bring unit back to Boston.
