Phil Sweeney at the Stick

This photo shows, Phil Sweeney, an avid Old Colony & Newport Railway supporter and volunteer engineer at the controls of the newly refurbished Engine 84. Note the wood panelling that was installed by the late Bob Lavallee and his son, Paul.

Mr. Sweeney left a great legacy of dedicated service to the OCNRR when he passed in 2010. RIP
