MEC C-424m #451 is stored at East Deerfield in this June 1996 shot, awaiting disposition. #451 was moved dead-in-tow to the East Deerfield deadlines with stacks capped via train #261 on 9/9/95, along with sister #450. It left the GTI system in 1996 and went to the Livonia Avon and Lakeville, where it is in service today as BH #422.
