Remains of the old Wiscasset Trestle # 2

This is where the Upper Yard (Northern Yard for people that don't know the two different yard names)trestle stopped at. There is still a bolt that used to hold two of the trestle timbers together. South of mile post two was a half mile long trestle that also went onto a warf. After the two foot gauge crossed the Maine Central tracks it was all a big trestle.
