OCNRR Worktrain Heading North

This photo shows the Old Colony & Newport Railway worktrain stopped during a northbound trip on the Newport Secondary track. The objective was to open the track as far as the Sakonnet River Bridge.

Volunteer engineer, Don Donovan, is seen getting ready to cut some brush that was blocking the track.

We were blessed with a warm winter day.
