At the end of the day, the Old Colony & Newport Railway crew brought the 'daily catch' to a loading point under the Newport Pell Bridge.

Thirty carts were retrieved, loaded into trucks, and returned to the appropriate stores.

The local Stop & Shop store manager volunteered his time and worked on the clean up effort.
