The new 'Islander Shuttle Train' is shown as it arrives in downtown Newport. The Newport Dinner Train caboose sits at the end of the line.

These 'Budd' cars were formerly on the Wilton Scenic Railway.

If you want to 'track' their history, do a NERAIL search for 'Wilton Budd'. There is an interesting set of photos of them in their past use and in their transit to Newport.

It took a lot of people and a lot of planning to make this happen.
