A singleton sits red flagged for the incoming pickup crew. Later in the day a train stop for pickup and dropoff of more ballast cars. This car remained (loaded) and the remaining empties were taken away. Loaded cars were dropped for future work. Not exactly sure where track work is taking place. Either between Westerly and Mystic or Westerly and Kingston.
