Picked up by the nightly PRWO, Providence and Worcester's train PR2 making the hitch on a bad order Wisconsin Central flat car in the Valley yard --- week before, the flat car brought down a large transformer to the Woonsocket yards. CSX covered hopper is an empty PR2 pulled from Osram Sylvania
