Upgrade to concrete

During the preparations for Amtraks leap into High Speed rail, and before the wires could go up, the wood ties had to be replaced with conctete and heavier rail. To do this, Amtrak used a machine known as a TLM. (Track Laying Machine). Here is the unit and a few of it's people replacing old for new. MP 143 Westerly RI
