A local freight pulled by GP38 3843 is seen on a cool spring day from last year. It is crossing Tolland Turnpike on the 3rd of 3 crossings as it heads east to East Hartford. Looks to be a locomotive from another RailAmerica company on loan to CSOR. Upon closer inspection, reporting marks of GEXR reveal this engine is from the Goderich Exeter Railway based in Ontario Canada. GEXR is a part of the RailAmerica Corporation as is CSOR.
