Strasburg Railroad #88

Strasburg Railroad's Parlor car the Marian is seen at the end of the train in East Strasburg. This car was built in 1910 by the Laconia Car Company of Laconia, New Hampshire, and arrived to the Strasburg in 1971. This car was once Boston & Maine Railroad #1393. When I returned to the Strasburg Railroad in September of 2009, I rode this car and it is a smooth riding car.

Photographed by Neil Rousseau, July, 1998.
Added to the photo archive by Neil Rousseau, March 16, 2009.
