NREX B23-7 #4212 is seen in Chester, Vermont on train #263/264. I wasn't sure if I took this picture in Vermont or out west? The summertime temperature (finally) felt like I was out west and seeing an ex-Santa Fe locomotive really made me feel like I was out west. The scenery though proves it was in Vermont. Not sure how long this unit will be on the VRS.
