MP15DC! Yes folks if u live in southeast ct. You know how rare this is. This one of several Amtrak work engines that are assigned by me. Wats rare is this was sitting with a empty ballest train and also the local stop and shop. This picture was taken from my buddys truck and also Old Saybrook CT.
