Dewitt, NY to East Deerfield, MA train NY10 with BM 1577, 4267b and a 1700 is on the eastbound main track at the B&M's Rotterdam Junction Yard. Behind the empty auto rack sitting on track 1 in west is train BM-17 (Rigby to Selkirk) on the westbound main. The Conrail crew has put the power on the east end of their train preparing to back out onto Conrail's main at Rotterdam Jct.
