HLCX Leased units sit idling in Downtown Winthrop, Maine. I was told two guys left the train with their belongings and have not been seen for over two hours. The train departed by 4:30-5pm. I used the word canned because I am trying to learn the short talk about trains that people say like I.E.: Outlawed or EDMD
