The foreign power on the point attracted quite the crowd of railfans to Ayer that Saturday. Once the crew started making their doubles, most of the crowd headed to Shirley to shoot him passing the MBTA shack. Once he passed here and began picking up speed, the railfans pulling out to begin the chase resembled the Hazard Road Rally scene from The Dukes Of Hazzard.
