Crossing the Mattawamkeag River

NBSR engines 9803, 9610, and 2317 have coupled onto FRA test vehicle DOTX 217 in the old Maine Central yard, and are now back on the main line and headed for Vanceboro. Over the years, most of the trains that crossed this bridge were operated by Canadian Pacific, but the bridge would have been built by Maine Central, who owned the line until it was sold to CP in the '70s.
