NECR GP38 is on GMRC train 264 at Bartonsville, VT 9/22/08. While NECR worked on the North Avenue Tunnel in Burlington, VT, all interchange between VRS and NECR took place in Bellows Falls, VT. NECR provided the 3855 to help out during this time.
