A depressed flat car sits at the end of the Millis Industrial Line. Three weeks earlier, BLCR 1701 was delivered to the line, and yesterday, that unit was sitting where this depressed flat car now sits, but it was apparently picked up for delivery elsewhere. So, the line goes silent again …
