J. P. Noonan

Looking North into the J.P. Noonan transload operation at Mansfield, MA. The connection between the Framingham secondary and the Northeast corridor is just behind the boxcars on the left. The odd gizmo behind the telephone pole with the stop sign on it is a portable conveyor for transloading from a hopper car into a truck. And the bottom end is a thin piece (a couple inches thick) that the conveyor loops around which can be slipped under the discharge gate on a hopper.
