Reminiscing 1999: Remember when the VTR GP38-2 202 was red? On August 21, 1999, the Champlain Valley Weekender train departs Burlington, VT at 1430 hrs behind the VTR 202. The trailing cars are Green Mountain Railroad 101 – the “Vermont” (now the GMRC 1323) and the freshly-painted GMRC 1319 coach.
