NEW LONDON

I shot this in 1956 from an eastbound New Haven train about to cross the Thames River. It was nearly dark and the setting sun caught my lense but I still like what it shows -- two Central Vermont 2-8-0's ready for a northbound freight, a CV ALCO switcher, the roundhouse, a caboose and a few interesting box cars.

Added to the photo archive by Edward Ozog, November 24, 2010.
Railroad: Central Vermont.
