Canadian National S-1-f 2-8-2 No.3413 near Island Pond, VT. Truthfully, I'm not sure this was the Grand Truck line. We were on a family vacation returning from Quebec when I made my non-railfan father stop the car so I could get this shot. The CN assigned many S-1 2-8-2's with similar numbers to the Grand Trunk and I know we passed through Island Pond so I would like to think it is Grand Trunk although it could be one of the other CN lines we crossed.
