Whose engine is this, anyway?

Idled Amtrak Rohr turbo train looks hopefully towards the main line at Scotia, New York. The power cab displays Morrison-Knudson and AAA signage (the latter no doubt for tows; the units were a maintenance headache.) This train was to be refurbished and operated in Empire service by Amtrak, but political infighting and technical problems ended the project before it was completed.
